Eighty-four headshots over two days, shot to a spec that new joiners still match a year later.
The company's directory page had eleven different backgrounds and four different crops on it, because eleven different photographers had shot it over six years.
We agreed one spec — grey seamless, a fixed two-light ratio, a square crop at the collarbone — wrote it down, and shot eighty-four people across two days on six-minute slots.
The spec lives in their brand folder. Every new joiner since has been shot against it, which means the page has stayed consistent without anyone having to re-do it.
