Two to three weeks for a portrait, podcast or creator session. Six to eight weeks for weddings and campaign days, and longer between October and February, which is wedding season here. For newborns we hold a ten-day window around the due date and confirm the exact day once the baby has arrived.

Half the quoted fee and a signed one-page agreement. The balance is due on the shoot day. We hold a date for seventy-two hours without a deposit while you decide.

Yes, once, at no cost, if you tell us more than seven days out. Inside seven days we move the deposit to a new date wherever the calendar allows. For newborn sessions we rebook free at any notice, because babies do not read calendars.

100 Feet Road, Indiranagar, a few minutes from the Indiranagar metro station. There are two reserved spots in the building and paid parking on the side road. We send a pin and a photograph of the entrance with your confirmation.

Up to eight for portrait and wedding sessions, with seating and refreshments for all of them. Podcast recordings are capped at four guests plus the host. If you are bringing a larger group, tell us at booking so we set the floor up for it.

Styling is included on fashion and editorial days and available as an add-on for everything else. Hair and make-up we book through artists we work with regularly — we quote it into your package rather than marking it up.

A proof gallery within 48 to 72 hours, and the final colour-graded set within ten working days of you marking your selections. Corporate headshots come back in five. The dates go into your agreement, so they are a commitment rather than an estimate.

Not as standard. You get high-resolution edited images with full usage rights for personal or brand use. Commercial clients who need the RAW set can licence it — we will quote it, and we will tell you honestly when you do not need it.

Twelve months on our own storage plus an off-site backup, and your online gallery stays live for six. After that we archive to cold storage and can usually still retrieve a set, though we charge for the time.

Yes. We have a line-in for callers joining over Riverside, Zoom or Teams, recorded on its own track so the edit is clean. Tell us at the tech-check call so we set the routing before you arrive.

You can. Dry hire of the acoustic floor or the cyclorama is available, with an ENO technician on the floor for the first thirty minutes to hand over. Rates are lower than a crewed booking.

Prices shown on this site are before GST, which is billed at the applicable rate on the final invoice. Every quote we send states the tax separately so there are no surprises.
