An on-site headshot bay run for five mornings, catching a whole intake between inductions.
A consulting firm onboards in waves, and every wave used to spend a month chasing people for a profile photo that never arrived.
We put a portable bay in a meeting room for five consecutive mornings during induction week. New joiners walked in between sessions, sat for six minutes, picked their frame off the monitor and left.
Ninety-one out of ninety-four people were photographed. The three who missed it were on a client site, and they came to the studio the following week.
What it added up to
- 91 of 94 new joiners photographed on site
- 5 mornings, zero calendar disruption
- Files renamed and handed to HR in 4 days
